RESUMEN

En este artículo el autor trata el concepto de diagnosis sistémica, estrechamente a fin al de hipotización relacional. Un instrumento operativo clínico-teórico básico para cualquier psicoterapeuta, que ha sido discutido en una infinidad de contextos, pero generalmente de la manera anecdótica de los ejemplos clínicos o en relación a problemáticas específicas. En cambio, aquí se intenta una sistematización más general, articulando doce posibles dimensiones, útiles como guía para distintas y potenciales focalizaciones de la observación y de la intervención.

SUMMARY

In this article the author treats the concept of systemic diagnosis, which is strictly similar to the concept of relational hypothesization. It’s a basic clinical and theoretical tool for every psychotherapist and it has been discussed in an infinite number of contexts, although generally either on the basis of the anecdotal evidence of clinical examples or discussing specific topics. The present study seeks to provide a wider systematization, by defining twelve possible dimensions, useful as a guide for different potential focalizations for observation and intervention.
